PIQUA -- Vivian M. Gray, age 85 of Piqua, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. Vivian was born in Preble County, OH on December 18, 1935 to the (late) Earnest & Letha (Brovant) Gaines; was a homemaker; a member of Christian Life Center – CLC Piqua; loved to look at family pictures; enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, crocheting and anything decorating; and she loved her ice cream. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles E. Gray in 2014; great-grand daughter, Courtney M. Low; siblings, Daisy Maxwell, Naomi Brubaker, Alice McKeel, Thelma Bagwell, Eldon Gaines, and Ruby Gaines. Vivian is survived by her children, Jerry & Lisa Gray of Odon, IN, Terry & Scott Jasper of Piqua, Christy Miller of West Milton; 14 Grandchildren, Missy (Gray) & Tom Thorsen of Chicago, IL, Jeni (Gray) Prochazka of Phoenix, AZ, Jerry Gray of Piqua, Tanner Gray of Oden, IN, Tyler Gray of Oden, IN, Mandy & Evan Smith of IN, Zach Overton of IN, Ronette (Hartzell) & Jeremy Davis of Piqua, Brandon & Brandi Hartzell of Huntsville, OH, Gabriel & Samantha Hartzell of Piqua, Josh & Sarah Thompson of Piqua, Caleb & Leisha Thompson of Vandalia, Logan & Ehmily Hale of Columbus, and Dylan & Jade Hale of Union; 23 great-grandchildren, John, Robert, Samantha, Riley, Rori, Tricia, Tommy, Nicholas, Taylor, Skylar, Kierstan, Killian, Isabella, Adalyn, Easton, Ashley, Laney, Devin & Emily, Riley, Sadie, Haley, Noah, and Gideon; 15 great-great-grandchildren, River, Autumn, Kaidyn, Kylie, Keenan, Annabelle, Zander, Charlie, Aries, Cadence, Donny, Ayden, Maverick, Gage, and Tatum; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial Service 7:00 PM Sunday at Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home, Bradford with Pastor Randy McKinney officiating. Interment of cremains at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua. Visitation 5 PM Sunday until time of service. Condolences may be left for the family at www.stockerfraley.com.
