William Russell Obituary
PIQUA - William Enoch Russell, age 59 of Piqua, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025, at his residence. He was born July 24, 1966, in Welch, WV to Oakley and Deborah (Walker) Dandridge.
Enoch was preceded in death by his father Oakley Dandridge on July 7, 2024, uncle Melvin Walker, and Aunt Rinda Walker.
Those left to cherish Enoch's memory include his mother Deborah (Walker) Dandridge of Troy; sisters Monica Dandridge of New York and Michelle Adkins of Dayton; uncle Robert Walker, great aunt Gracie Oxendine, and his niece, Chelsa.
Enoch worked as a meter technician for the Montgomery County Utilities Department. In his spare time, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.fishercheneyfuneralhome.com.
