Mary Lou Knoblock, 62, of West Bloomfield, died suddenly September 22, 2017. She is the beloved wife of Dennis for 35 years; cherished mother of Sarah (fiancé Max Kelmigian) and Stephen Knoblock; dear sister of the late Cynthia Bolda, the late Fred Inda and the late Linda Panduren; loving aunt of Sherry (Mark) Claeys; great-aunt of Alyssa and Olivia Leitch. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation is 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (between 14-15 Mile Roads). Funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Orchard Lake St. Mary¹s Shrine Chapel, 3535 Indian Trail at Commerce Road, Orchard Lake. Mary Lou, as I write this I am in disbelief at your passing. I know it is up to God as to what path we take but it's difficult at times to understand. I'll never forget when we use to sing "we are Siamese if you please" when we were kids in school. I'm so thankful I got to see you and talk at the Legion not so long ago. So sad to hear of Mary Lou's passing. She was so nice to me when we moved to West Bloomfield 23years ago. Jaclyn and Stephen became best friends and I'll never forget the day we couldn't find the kids (3 years old) and due to a miscommunication they had gone door to door selling fundraiser items for preschool by themselves! Mary Lou hopped on her bike and found them a block away! We can laugh about it now but we were so scared and obviously the neighbors thought we were terrible parents!

Dennis and family, I am in shock to hear of he passing of my dear friend Mary Lou. I worked with her for many years at Beaumont. We had many good times while working going to many functions. I kept in contact through the years. I enjoyed seeing the family at functions in Kinde.

To the Knoblock family - We were traveling at the place where Mary Lou passed on Friday, September 22 and wanted to express our heart-heavy sympathy for your family. I spoke on the phone with Dennis during this event and I am truly greatful to have been able to talk him through a few minutes at the scene and to try to help Mary. God Bless you all and your future wedding for your daughter which Dennis mentioned to me. We are leaving a phone number in case you'd like to talk to us.
