Nancy Carnaby Obituary

Nancy Neef Carnaby, born Feb. 22, 1928, in Omaha Nebraska, went to be with her Lord on Aug. 3, 2016, in Palm Harbor, Florida.

During her long and blessed life, she lived in Omaha, Nebraska, Rapid City, South Dakota, Royal Oak and Caseville, Tarpon Springs and St. Mark Village, Florida.

She was blessed to love and be loved by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and worshipped God everywhere she lived. During her summers in Caseville, she enjoyed worshiping at Kinde Presbyterian Church.

She was also blessed in marriage with the late Clark Woodman Carnaby Jr. for over 62 years. She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. They raised four children, Henry (Cathleen) Carnaby, Catherine (Jim) Jackson, Candace (Scott) Rieck and Clark (Laurie) Carnaby. They were also blessed with eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Nancy loved gardening and golf. During summers in Caseville she enjoyed Hidden Harbor Golf Club. Two of her grandsons, Steve and Dave Jackson graduated from Harbor Beach High School.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, at First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak.

Honorariums may be made to Kinde Presbyterian Church, St. Mark Village, All Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
