Deborah Young Obituary
Deborah Ann (Delaney) Young, 71, of Middletown, beloved wife of Robert D. Young, Sr., passed away on October 25, 2023, at Hartford Hospital. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of Jane (Nichols) Delaney of Middletown and the late John P. Delaney, Jr. Deborah lived in Middletown all her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and was someone who just loved the beach and spending time with her family and friends. Along with her mother and husband, Deborah is survived by two sons, Brian W. Young and
Sheila Poitras of Durham and Bobby D. Young, Jr. and wife Vanessa of Middletown; a daughter, Allison Young of Middletown; seven grandchildren, Eric, Tyler, Jenna, Emma, Abby, Jackson, and Jordin; three brothers, John Delaney, Michael Delaney, and Jimmy Delaney all of Middletown and two sisters, Jackie Siegel of Southington, and Maureen Tosto of Middletown. Besides her father, she was predeceased by two sons, Peter Young and Eric Young and her sister Kathy Gionfriddo.
