Gary Adams Obituary
Gary W. Adams, 77, of Middletown, husband of Irene (Belanger) Adams, passed away on Thursday March 14, 2024, at Middlesex Hospital. He was born in Caribou, ME, son of the late Donald and Myrtle (Haines) Adams. Gary was a veteran serving with the US Navy and Army, retired with 32 years of service. Prior to retirement, he worked security at Aetna for 30 years. He was in a bowling league, and he loved to go fishing. Gary is survived by his wife, Irene (Belanger) Adams, daughters, Carrie Cavanaugh of Middletown, Renee Waddell, a brother Fred Adams, his wife sister-in-law Mary Belanger Adams, grandchildren Ashley Cavanaugh LaVallee, her husband Ben, Tristan Cavanaugh, Brandon and Caleb Waddell and two great-grandchildren, Addison and Weston Lavallee whom he loved and adored. He has several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 19th from 5 to 6:30 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 6:30 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St. Middletown. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at the State Veterans' Cemetery to be determined. To share memories or express condolences online please visit www.biegafuneralhome.com.

FOR IRENE AND FAMILY. SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE LOSS OF GARY. HE IS NOW AT PEACE. HE STRUGGLED THROUGH A LOT IN HIS LIFE BUT STAYED STRONG. IRENE STAYED CLOSED BY HIS SIDE WHICH SHE DID WITH A LOT OF LOVE AND CARE. GOD BLESS HER. LOVE
