Jacqueline Blank Obituary
In addition to her husband, Ronald, she is survived by her son, Michael Blank of El Paso, Texas; her brother, Nicholas Carbone; a sister, Theresa Perrotti, several nieces and a nephew.
The Funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2012 at 9:15 A.M. from Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver Street, Middletown, followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10 A.M. at St. Colman's Church, Hubbard Street, Middlefield, CT. Burial will be at St. Sebastian's Cemetery. Friends may call at Biega Funeral Home on Monday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm.

Dear Michael, I was saddened to just read of the death of your Mom. I know when you were in fourth grade with me, she was so proud of you. She was very dedicated to Bielefield and the staff while I was there. She will be missed by many. My condolences to you and your Dad.
