Jan Trzcinski Obituary
Jan David Trzcinski, 43, of Middletown passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Born in Middletown on February 9, 1978, he was the beloved son of Jan and Maria Trzcinski.
Jan is survived by his father, Jan Trzcinski; his brother Ray, his wife Katie, and their children, Audrey, and Maggie; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
A private graveside ceremony will be held on Sunday, October 17th. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Polish Falcons in Middletown from 12:00PM to 4:00 p.m., all are welcome.

Raymond... Something made me look on here and saw Jan. I was so shocked. So sorry to hear it. Now he is with your Mom and Marc. Not easy to lose your brother. Mike could tell you that. You feel so lost. I have black and white visions of Marc and you can too. Just ask Jan to come to you and close your eyes and wait. He will come slowly but surely...just wait. Kind of like an old black and white tv tuning in. Maybe Marc made me see the obit. If you ever need to talk 8603474594....because of covid I will not be able to come. I try to stay way from crowds bec I have so many autoimmune diseases. But know that I am there in heart with you. You both were such good boys. Hugs! Praying for you.

I'm absolutely heart-broken to hear of Jan's passing. While I hadn't know Jan for very long, I had an opportunity to work with him and get to know this very kind and warm-hearted young man. Condolences to the family. Rest in Peace Jan...until we meet again..

My friend, my brother. You will always be missed by those who you shared your heart with. You always saw the best in everyone and looked to build people up.

I am so sad to read this. I watched Jan and Ray grow up and always enjoyed seeing them the few times our paths crossed. My deepest sympathy to all.
