Jay was a year ahead of me at UHJ. He carved an extremely successful path in the medical and business world where few had gone before. I always remembered him as a gentleman and a gentle man. He never lost sight of what was important in life.

I send my sympathies to Caral and the Edelberg family. Jay was a very good friend during our high school years. I was so happy to talk with him and to meet Caral at our 50th reunion. I wish the family peace and quiet moments to reflect on a life well lived. Jay will be missed.

Sat next to Jay in Middletown High School in several classes. A conversationalist and cheerful person with a clear goal for a profession at such a young age. While the rest of us were dealing with coming-of-age anxiety, Jay knew what he was going to do. So focused. Fond memories of Jay.
