I knew Joey in the very early 1960s. We lived in the project across from Snow School in Middletown, CT.
I considered him my best friend. We played a lot together. He was a year younger than me. I never had a chance to say goodbye to him or Robert. Their mother was always sweet, very nice to me.
Their father, well, he saved my life. I had an accident while riding my tricycle. I almos5 bleed to death. I HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN that Robert F. Pritchard saved my life! I always liked him.
I´ve changed my last name, I´m Larry James. I now live in Texas.

Joe was a classmate from Primary school through the 4 years at Vinal Tech in Middletown. Although we weren't officially "friends"... We had many good laughs, especially in high school. He was always kind to me. I was saddened to learn of his passing at too early in life. He is now in his new destiny and all is well.

Joe was the first friend I made when I started working at Westbrook Honda in 2004. Joe would keep me laughing continuously no matter how bad or stressful a day was getting. I won't forget the good times I shared with Joe in and out of work and how he had nicknames for everyone. I'll miss you "Downstairs Joe", from your pal "Lurch".

Joe was our friend. He was a true friend and a warm and loving person. We will miss him so much. He always had a smile and a laugh and it was a privilege knowing him. He was both of our best friend and he will be in our thoughts always. We love you Joe.
