It's with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother, Patricia G. Beilman, 94, of Lakeville, MN, formerly of Port Orange, FL, and Middletown, CT. on 8/11/25. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Laurence Beilman. She is survived by two daughters, Sally Healey and her husband Frank, of Middletown, and Lauren LaForge and her late husband Terry LaForge of Lakeville, MN.
After graduating Berlin High School, she attended Central CT. State Teachers College. She was employed at a children's clothing buyer at James H. Bunce Co. She also managed the plant dept. at Pierson's in Cromwell, CT, and later became their sole sales representative, selling to out of state florists, traveling to CT, RI, NY and NJ. While retiring in FL, she and her husband managed a bridge group at their clubhouse and also played duplicate bridge at the senior center. As a volunteer she delivered Meals on Wheels once a week for shut ins in FL, which she enjoyed. She loved swimming every day at the clubhouse with her group of swimming buddies. She was also an avid walker. She and her husband played golf at Pelican Bay Country Club, twice weekly. Her hobbies also included going to garage sales every weekend and was very proficient in flower arranging. She also was involved in the entertainment committee for the Port Orange clubhouse with numerous parties. She will be missed dearly.
