Richard Ireton Obituary
Along with his wife, he is survived by a son, Daniel Ireton and his wife, Erin of Cromwell; a daughter, Kathleen M. Ireton of Cromwell and eight grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, John Richard Ireton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 18th at 10:00am at Saint John Church, 5 Saint John Court, Cromwell followed by a burial in State Veterans' Cemetery where full military honors will be accorded.
There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, friends may make donations in Richard's memory to Weiss Hospice Unit c/o Department of Philanthropy, 28 Crescent Street, Middletown, CT 06457. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.doolittlefuneralservice.com. Cromwell Funeral Home, 506 Main Street, Cromwell is handling the arrangements.
