Robert Dino Tringali, 65, of Middletown, CT passed away on September 26, 2021. Born on June 18, 1956, he was the oldest son of Frank and Bianca Tringali. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Elizabeth G. Tringali. He is also survived by his two daughters, Rebecca Aloupis and Samantha Strickland, five grandsons, Henry, Cooper, Sebastian, Dean and Bennett Dino and his brother David Tringali. Robert was a loving husband, father, Bobbob (grandfather), brother and friend. His constant sense of humor, steadiness and gentile personality reached countless people. He will be greatly missed. Calling hours are Friday, October 1st from 10-12 p.m. at D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 S. Main St., Middletown, CT. Funeral services will be held at D'Angelo's Funeral Home at 12 p.m. on October 1st with burial to follow immediately after at Indian Hill Cemetery at 383 Washington St., Middletown, CT.

My heart goes out to you all. Bob was one one of a kind. He became the father my son always needed. He took Jimmy under his wing and really showed him encouragement, love, acceptance, and how to be a loving man and father. I will forever be grateful for his kindness. We may have lost a great man, but we have gained an awesome guardian angle. May the good lord hold you tight and guide you home.
