PARMELEE, WINIFRED (LeCLAIR) Winifred (LeClair) Parmelee, 78, of Haddam, beloved wife of the late Waldo E. Parmelee, Sr., died Wednesday January 7, 2015 at Middlesex Health Care. She was born in Nichols, CT, daughter of the late William and Ruth (Perkins) LeClair. Prior to her retirement, Winifred worked as the cafeteria manager at Haddam Killingworth High School. She was a member of the Polish Falcons. Winifred is survived by her sons, Waldo E. Parmelee, Jr. and his wife Renee of Higganum, Jonathan Parmelee of Higganum, Michael Parmelee and his wife Kathryn of Haddam, Wayne Parmelee and his wife Michelle of Haddam and Donald Parmelee and his wife Gayle of Haddam, brother, Raymond LeClair of Old Lyme, sisters, Shirley Monte of Deep River, Frances Woitysiak of TX, eleven grandchildren, Cara, David, Crystal, Donald, Casey, Joshua, Philip, Joseph, Sally, David, Olivia and six great-grandchildren, Avery, Tess, Bryne, Wyatt, Tucker and Kayla. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Wayne and William LeClair. A memorial service will be held on (TODAY) Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 7 p.m. at Biega Funeral Home 3 Silver Street, Middletown.
