Elisa DeBartolomeis Obituary

The funeral of Mrs. Elisa (Villani) DeBartolomeis was held Friday from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Milford. Celebrant was Rev. Richard Scioli C.S.S., pastor. The acolytes were Mr. Francis Cecchi and Mr. Aldo Cecchi. The organist was Mr. Kenneth Miller and the cantor was Mr. Andrew Tomaski. The funeral pall was placed upon the casket by Donato DeBartolomeis, John DeBartolomeis, Louisa and Constandinos Giokas. The Lectors were Leslie Pettinari and Elaine Celozzi. The gift bearers were Elias Giokas, Juliana Giokas and Justine Villani. "Words of Remembrance" written by Dino DeBartolomeis were presented by Atty. Ernest Pettinari. Burial followed in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford with committal prayers offered by Rev. Scioli. The casket bearers were Concenzio DiLorenzo, Thomas Bellantuoni, David Villani, Louis Celozzi, Gary Pilla and John Dagnese. Mrs. DeBartolomeis, 86, of Milford, died Saturday evening at her residence after an illness.
