Osprey, FL - Frank Charles Cipriani was born on August 19, 1961 and died on August 24, 2021.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Donato, his stepchildren James and Emily Murphy and his sisters Nancy Ann Kacik, Charlene Markovich and Donna Cipriani.

Frank was born in McKeesport, PA to the late Frank and Nancy Ann Cipriani. He graduated McKeesport High School in 1979 and enlisted in the US Navy where he proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman aboard the USS Midway stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. Frank transitioned to a lifelong career in healthcare serving his community as a Nurse, Director of Marketing, Home Healthcare Administrator and Nurse Care Manager.

Frank enjoyed his time with family and friends. He had many hobbies but truly loved to golf, fish, hunt, and watch stock car races. He was a man that was dearly loved and his caring nature and humor will be missed by all.

A funeral mass for Frank will be held at 10:00 am on September 24, 2021 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Osprey, FL. A celebration of his life will follow in Tillotson Hall.

He will be laid to rest at Venice Memorial Gardens on a later date.

It was a sad day to learn of Frank's passing. He was a great man and always thought of others. I regret we didn't spend more time with Frank and the family. My condolences to Carolyn, Jim and Em.

Frank always brought happiness and uplifted those around him. His humor and spirit will be deeply missed. Every time we hear the beat of the drums, we´ll think of him and smile. Many prayers for Carolyn, Em and Jim. We miss you Frank and know you´ll live on in the hearts of those whose lives you touched.
