Colonel Jack Elliott Easton, U.S. Army (Ret.), of Folsom, California, passed away peacefully on Oct. 12, 2025.
Born in Burlington, he served 28 years in the U.S. Army, earning 61 medals for valor and service, including two tours in Vietnam and participation in the Grenada and Panama operations.
He is survived by his children, Amy Conley, Eric Easton, and Stefanie Walker; grandsons, Blake Northam, William Walker, Elijah Easton, and Gabriel Easton; and brother, Lowell Easton.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy, and son, Mark.
Confident, loyal, and full of stories, Jack lived life with purpose. A soldier, a patriot, and a devoted family man, his life stands as a testament to duty, love, and perseverance.
