Joan Patrick Obituary
Joan was born Oct. 28, 1948, in Quincy, Massachusetts, the daughter of Joseph D. and Marie E. (Byrne) Collins.
She was a registered nurse for many years. She loved camping, her dogs and especially her seven grandchildren. She was a member of the Camden United Methodist Church.
Joan is survived by her husband, Michael Patrick, of Camden; the children they shared, Krista (Dustin) Finch of Quincy, and Kenton Patrick of Rochester, Illinois; grandchildren, Zoe, Griffin and Nora Finch and Addison, Emerson, Grayson and Willis Patrick; sisters, Ellen M. (William) Johnston and Anne M. LaFrance; nieces, Kathleen A. (Christopher) Capron, Michelle E. LaFrance and Jacqueline M. LaFrance; nephews, William James Mahoney III, Joseph D. Mahoney, Sean J. (Sarah) Brice and Daniel C. (Michelle) LaFrance; and three grandnieces and two grandnephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Susan Collins and Gail M. Mahoney.
Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 14 at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage, with burial to follow in Moss Ridge Cemetery in Carthage.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee or the Childhood Leukemia Foundation.
Printy Funeral Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.

We are so sad to hear of Joan's passing. There are many times we have laughed about "Little cow daycare", "Subway to where", and others of her witty quips about small town life. We will miss our meetings out & about, but look forward to our future together at the throne. The family has our prayers and condolences.
