Joshua Dale Charles Todd, 51, of Lomax, Illinois, passed away at 9:14 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington.
Cremation has been entrusted to Banks & Beals Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City, Illinois. A luncheon will follow.
