Lori Sibbitt-Agen Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lori, a devoted wife, caring nurse, and beloved mother. She touched the lives of many with her unwavering compassion and dedication to her family and patients.

Her brave resolve was inspiring as she battled stage 4 colon cancer over the last 4 years. She thanked all her dedicated health personnel at Community hospital and Cancer center.

Lori was born 6/9/1986 in San Antonio, Texas along with her twin sister Cristina, to Randy R Sibbitt, MD and Deborah Gilio Sibbitt, ARRT. Lori started school in New Mexico, but completed most of her schooling in Helena Montana graduating from Capital high school in 2005 having played both varsity volleyball and tennis. She attended both U of M and MSU with bachelor degrees in nursing and biology.

Lori traveled throughout the United States visiting and traveling with friends and her large family. She also traveled to Europe, the Mediterranean, and Australia, diving on the great barrier reef, petting penguins, koalas and facing off kangaroos. Lori provided volunteer nursing services in the Dominican Republic, and honeymooned in Jamaica, with Treavor Agen, her husband, the love of her life. Perhaps her greatest adventure was motherhood, as she delivered their daughter Hazel 4 years ago.

Lori worked in hospitals at Great Falls, Butte, and at Partnership in Missoula. As a nurse, Lori exemplified selflessness and commitment, always putting others' needs before her own. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her profession, as a loving mother to Hazel, wife to Treavor and sister to her twin Cristina, guiding and supporting them with endless love and encouragement.

She was cherished by her family, who will forever remember her warm smile, gentle words, and the countless moments of joy she brought into their lives. Lori is survived by her husband Treavor , daughter Hazel , sister Cristina Fowler, parents Randy and Deborah Sibbitt, nephews Colby and Myles Fowler, uncles, aunts and cousins. Lori's unprecedented ability to always chose the best gift, was famous and will be missed. Her legacy of kindness and love will continue to inspire those who knew her.

In her memory, we invite all who loved Lori to join us for a CELEBRATION OF HER LIFE AT 10:00 a.m. ON SATURDAY 10/25/2025 AT FIRST LUTHERN CHURCH, 2808 SOUTH AVE. WEST, MISSOULA, MT.

We encourage everyone to share their memories and stories, as we honor the beautiful impact she had on all of us.

Rest in peace, Lori. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Lori is forever grateful for the nurses and doctors who helped her fight so hard at Community Cancer Center in Missoula. She would want others going through this battle to receive the same support she did so in place of flowers we encourage donations be made to Community Hospital and Cancer Center at http://cancersupportmontana.com. In the tribute box we ask you write in memory of or honor of Lori Sibbitt-Agen, to honor her life and continued support to find a cure.

Yesterday

Hi Randy and Deborah, I was saddened to see Lori's Obituary in the paper. I met your girls when they were about 10 years old, It sounds like Lori made quite a life for herself in the intervening years. I hope the fine memories of those years help you and her family in these times.
