Rick Hajek
Rick Hajek of Florence passed away on Thursday October 14th, 2021 at Community Medical Center.
Rick was born March 6, 1959 in Glendive, MT to James and Jane Hajek. Rick grew up in Glendive, graduating from high school in 1977.
On September 15, 1979 he married Teresa Ann Ockert Hajek. The couple lived in Glendive for 22 years, and in 2001 they moved to Florence. To this union one daughter was born, Sheena Marie. Rick and Teresa are blessed with four grandchildren, Odynn, Olyver, A'myah, and Abyll. They also have three bonus grandchildren, Barbara, Khole, and Kenley.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Teresa (Florence). His siblings include sisters Ellen Oaks (Park City), Patti Joe Magruder (Fallon), Terri Lynn Lemoine (Glendive), Pam King (Tennessee), Lynn Marie Becker (Glendive), and his brother Ronnie Hajek (Glendive).
He is preceded in death by his brothers Tim Hajek and Dale Hajek.
Rick was a welder by trade. He worked for SRS Crisafulli Pump for 22 years and Selway Corp. for 18 years.
He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a caring, kind, generous man and will be sorely missed.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 30th at 1 PM at Bread and Roses in Florence located at 5385 US HWY 93.

was a great cousin to put up with me and I loved hanging out at the Hajek house and we always had so much fun, your free now and no more pain and can visit all your love ones in Heaven, so glad we got to visit with you and you well be missed by all.
