Levi McGadney Jr.
Levi McGadney, Jr., died Friday, September 10,2021, at his home in Villa Rica, GA. He was a native of Mobile, Alabama and the eldest son of the late, Levi and Minnie Shaw-McGadney. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Emma ; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Iris Dell and Mary Alice McGadney, Azalean (Riley, Sr.) McGadney-Scarborough; a brother and sister-in-law, Lovelace (Barnette)McGadney.Survivors are his daughter and son-in-law, Candace (Phillip) McGadney-Lee of Oakland, CA; sisters, Minnie Dell McGadney-Osburn; Lucille McGadney-Robertson; Patricia McGadney-Perkins; brothers, Ronnie and Harry McGadney, all of Mobile; loving nieces and nephews, Marilyn (Donald) Batteaste, David Legon, Jr., Collace (Sheila) Osburn,Jr., Carol Osburn-Brown, Lacenette McGadney, Levi Robertson, III, LeArdis Robertson, Lerone (Shanka) Robertson, all of Mobile; Riley (Lillie), Jr., Tony and Baron Scarborough of Atlanta, GA. Numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 25,2021,10a.m., at the USS Battleship Memorial Park in Mobile, Alabama. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Leaf Funeral Home and Cremation of Georgia.
