Benjamin Hernandez Obituary

BENJAMIN HERNANDEZ MAR 28, 1925 - DEC 8, 2010 Our dearest father, Benjamin Hernandez, left us peacefully on December 8, 2010 at the age of 85. His greatest accomplishment was being a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Benjamin was born in Zinaparo, Michocan to mother Sanjuana Hernandez. He migrated to the states and had lived here for the past 70 years. He was a retired forklift driver and a member of Teamsters Local Union #748. Benjamin was a hard worker and dedicated father. He enjoyed taking his daily walks, attending mass and spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. He leaves a huge void in the lives of all who loved him. He is survived by his daughters, Alma Gonzales, Angela Nunez, Mary Cota and Janis Ontiveroz, all of Modesto; grandchildren, Armando Rosales, Vincent Gonzales, Alexander Nunez, Angelica Nunez, Amanda Nunez, Stephanie Scott, Christina Rogers, Elizabeth Talley; and 5 great grand- children. There will be a memorial mass for him on Thursday, December 16 at 10:00am at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church on J Street in Modesto. www.modbee.com/obituaries
