BETTY J. STOVER NOV 9, 1924 ~ JAN 4, 2009 Betty J. Stover, 79, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2009 in Modesto, California. She was born on November 9, 1924 in Tulare, California to Joseph and Ann Biliardi. Betty was a retired Secretary of the Fresno Unified School District. She was a member of the Modesto Redhats and the Travelers Club. She recently visited Italy, Panama Canal, Australia, New Zealand and New York. She is survived by one son Larry L. Stover of CA, two daughter's Judith Ann Haywood of Modesto, Lucinda J. Rowell of Temecula, CA, Sister Jo Ann Jones of Visalia, 6 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 12, 2009, 11:00 a.m. at Tulare District Cemetery. Family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, 300 N.
