Clarinda V. Boday
August 13, 1938- November 10, 2013
Clarinda (Lindy) Boday passed away peacefully on Sunday after a long illness with her family by her side. Clarinda was born in San Jose, CA to parents William and Violet Dias, she was the eldest of four children. Clarinda grew up in Modesto and graduated from Downey High. She met the love of her life, Charles Boday on a blind date and married in 1958. She was a homemaker and also worked at Stanislaus Foods. When her children attended Shiloh School, she was a member of the Mother's Club.  The last three years she called Hylond Health Center her home, she was a member of the Red Hat Society, enjoyed day trips, bingo and loved playing Hearts on the computer. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and two brothers, Billy and Michael. She is survived by her sister Cassandra Lenker. Her  children, Chuck (Robin), Chris, Cindy Carlfeldt (Terry), Craig and Cassandra, grandchildren Chase, Cole, Cayla, Erik and one expected soon. Also extended family and her friends at Hylond.
A celebration of her life will be held at College Ave., Congregational Church 1341 College Ave. Modesto on Saturday November 16, from 12 to 3pm.
