Hampton, New Hampshire - Duward Arnold Lawson passed of natural causes in Hampton New Hampshire. He was born and raised in Nashville TN, where he attended school. As a youth Duward played high school football and attained the rank of Eagle Scout in his local troop. Afterwards he went on to Tennessee Tech and graduated with a degree in business. His college years were interrupted by a two year stint in the Army where he served in Oklahoma as an MP.
Duward married Joanne Evelyn Lawson on July 3 1976 in New Hampshire and they enjoyed 30 years together.
Duward's career started in Nashville but had him transfer to Massachusetts where he lived for years. He then went on to live in New Jersey, Toronto Canada and eventually settled in Modesto, California where lived with his family and worked in business management and sales.
Duward is survived by son Graham Lawson and step son Mark Redding, daughters–in law Kit Lawson, Rose Redding and Kay Redding. Grand children Matthew Redding, Jenifer Redding Katelyn Lawson, Alyssa Lawson and Jeffry Redding. He was preceded in death by his wife Joanne and son Jeff Redding.
A truly positive man, Duward was lucky enough to have surrounded himself with kind and thoughtful friends which his family is grateful for.
He is loved and will be missed deeply; we are blessed to have been part of his life.
