Eva Wright Obituary
July 25, 1932–Oct. 31, 2015
Eva Wright, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on Saturday, October 31 after a short illness and complications from a fall.
Eva was born in Oklahoma and moved to California when she was a young child. She attended Burwood Grammar School. Eva also attended Escalon High School and was a majorette.
Eva married John H. "Jack" Wright in 1953. They shared 48 years of marriage before Jack's death on November 1, 2002.
Eva enjoyed shopping, gambling, and lunch with her high school girls. She was blessed with many good friends.
Eva got her greatest joy from her family. She is survived by her siblings; B.J. (Ann) James, Doris Thompson, Donnie (Cynthia) James, Faye (Gary) Breshears, Sarah James and many nieces and nephews and extended family. Eva also leaves behind her children; Marianne (John) Weerts, and John (Kathy) Wright and her grandchildren Amy Santos, Lisa (Chuy) Castellanos and Steven Santos. Eva was blessed with the gift of 5 great grandchildren.
Services will be private. Services are entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapels.

My deepest condolences to all of the family. Eva was a wonderful woman, mother and grandmother. I shared many wonderful times and conversations with her but mostly respected her greatly.
