John Ormonde Obituary

Modesto, California - John Alan Ormonde, a beloved father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, passed away on April 7, 2025. He was 73 years old.
John grew up in Turlock, California. Throughout his life, John cherished family and friends. He enjoyed their company while dining out; attending car shows and races, exploring swap meets; playing pool, cards and table games; playing racquet ball in his youth and traveling during his retirement. Above all, he enjoyed the friendship he shared with his son John and showing affection to his three granddaughters.
John is survived by his son, John Ormonde, Jr. and daughter-in law Kelly Blondin; his granddaughters Betsy Ormonde, Audrey Ormonde, and Maggie Ormonde; his nieces, Elaine Ormonde-hua and Kimberly Shuksta; and his nephew, Thomas Ormonde. He was predeceased by his brothers, Robert Ormonde and Gerald Ormonde, and his parents John Ormonde and Angie Ormonde, all of Turlock, California.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Turlock Memorial Park on May 30th at 10:30 a.m.
