Letha Good Obituary

Letha Good was born in Blue Springs, NE, raised in Yuma, CO. After graduating from high school she moved to Denver to accept a secretarial position in the U.S. Army. At age 23 she transfered to work in the Pentagon. It was during this phase of her life that she met (and ultimately married) Bernard Good from Whittier, CA.
After marriage Bernard and Letha traveled to Hettinger, ND where they farmed, operated a Frigidaire franchise and started their family. In Nov of 1959, they moved to Modesto, CA. raising grapes and walnuts for 27 years. For nearly fifty years they were active at LaLoma Grace Community Church in Modesto. Letha is survived by her sister, Audrey Rairdon of Plainsville, IN, her husband Bernard Good of Modesto, Dale Good (son) of Modesto, Lois (Good) Freese (daughter) of Modesto. 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Memorial on Saturday, October 11th at the La Loma Grace Community Chruch at 11:00am.

It's been years since I've seen the Letha Good, but always remember her as one of the kindest women I ever met. She demonstrated her Christianity with her life. God bless you all as you grieve her being gone from your life and remembering all the wonderful memories you have.
