Rudy Anthony Espinoza passed away on November 23, 2018 at the age of 61. He was born on March 29, 1957 in Modesto, CA to parents Rudy and Carmen Espinoza. Rudy is preceded in death by his father Rudy Espinoza and brother Jeffery Espinoza. He is survived his wife of 15 years, Della Espinoza; mom Carmen Espinoza; son Phillip Smith; brother Francis Espinoza; nieces Jennifer, Frankie and Jessica Espinoza; grandson Stephen Smith.
Rudy was an avid fisherman, enjoyed watching and attending sporting events and keeping stats of batting averages. His favorite sports teams were the San Jose Sharks and San Francisco Giants. He loved to go to concerts and sporting events with his wife, Della. He was a faithful friend and remained friends with all of his childhood friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Franklin & Downs is honored to be serving the Espinoza Family. A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 10:00 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 505 W. Granger Avenue, Modesto, CA.
