Remembering all the ball games watching you, bet you're the best catcher and home run hitter in heaven, too! When we eloped to Crown Point, Ind., on Feb. 29, 1940, they said "It wouldn't last!" We only celebrated 15 leap year anniversaries.
We had a beautiful daughter Sharon Hofstra Haugen, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren!
I miss you "Butch"

Missing you Dad each and every day. You were the best dad and grandpa and great grandpa and loved the Game in helping other young boys and girls to enjoy Baseball~! Your dedication in helping others is insurmountable. You and Mom the best in the world~!
