FRANK R. SANCHEZ
Francisco Rodriguez Sanchez was born
on April 17, 1949 in Juarez, Mexico. On Saturday, June 4, 2022, Heaven gained a beautiful angel.
Frank came to the United States as a young child along with his mother and siblings. Frank obtained his citizenship and continued to work hard on his education
to eventually become an electrician. His career led him to his longtime employment at Southern California Edison, where he eventually retired. He did continue to do contract work after retiring as his career was one of his many passions.
In 1993 Frank met the love of his life, Carrie. A husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, mentor and leader, he took each role very seriously. Frank will always be remembered for being such a kind, giving but stern soul. His family and countless friends will always remember his get togethers, barbeques, and times spent on the river. There was nothing more important to Frank than family.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Carrie Sanchez; his five children, Frank Sanchez, Jr., Shawndi Smith, Brandon Sanchez, Sarah Brewer and Lani Puryear; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services for Frank will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Desert Lawn Mortuary on Silver Creek, followed by a Celebration of Life at his favorite spot, The Hideout in Laughlin, Nevada.
Although he is not here physically, he will always be with us in spirit.
