JOSEPH COULSON Memoriam

Joseph Paul Coulson III, age 71, has passed away in Kingman, Arizona on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Joseph Coulson was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania on December 2, 1952. As a teenager Joseph developed a love for mechanics and was often found dismantling and rebuilding cars. Joseph was a talented musician and in his early years he was the lead guitarist for the rock band "Mandrake".
Over the years Joseph owned and operated several small businesses. When he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada he became a HVAC Certified Technician, and started his own Heating and Air Conditioning company. After the loss of his son Cody Joe Coulson, he retired to Arizona.
Joseph was a true animal lover, and was involved in the rescue of many animals. Included in those rescues was his favorite which was a 95 pound pit bull named "Little Dude". Joseph and his sister Penny trapped, fixed and released feral cats. Joseph enjoyed feeding all of the desert critters while watching the sunrise and sunset.
Joseph is survived by his daughter Shonna Cox, and her husband Cory Cox; granddaughter, Victoria Coulson; nephews, Johan Timmer and Brad Mccoll Jr.; his two sisters, Linda Cahoon and Penny Renfro; as well as his brothers, J.D. Lytle, Trinh (Tim) Ho and family and Cao Ho and family and his faithful dog Chewbie.
Joseph was a beloved father, grandfather and brother. His presence will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to any animal rescue of your choice.
I have fought the good fight,
I have finished the race,
I have kept the faith
