When this is printed, the Mercer's will no longer be here. However, (Vada wrote) "We cannot close this chapter without expressing our thanks for the opportunities and privileges this area offered to us since 1966. Our hearts and souls were engaged in contributing our very best efforts toward the betterment of this great city."
Larry loved this area and could vision its' potential from the beginning, however, it took some convincing for Vada to join him. The magic words- "It Would Only Take 3 Months". After all, I would not have changed a thing.
What a tremendous feeling of humbleness to have shared a small part of these unique surroundings. Most fortunate to have gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, mountains, desert, the beautiful Colorado River, and blessed with special people. Confident that numerous possibilities and accomplishments will be in store for Bullhead City's future.
Many of you and others have crossed our path since 1966 and made this journey and experience memorable. Our gratitude!
We were a grateful and devoted couple for "60" years. We take with us the fondest and most cherished memories from our loving church family, relatives and friends. Until then- God Bless!
At Vada's request there will be no service. The inurnment will join Larry at the Community Lutheran Church "Living Garden". This beautiful Garden was designed and promoted by Larry at 2275 Ricca Rd., Bullhead City, AZ 86442.

Will miss her kind, loving and generous spirit. A lovely friend with a fun and sassy sense of humor. I remember her quote "are you a friend or an enema?" Enjoyed many enjoyable gatherings and meals together and consider myself richly blessed to have had both she and Larry in my life.

they both were super duper people, and a major staple in our little town when I moved here in 1981. There is a special place in heaven for them.

I worked for Larry and Vada for a very long time at Mercer Realty. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to be a recipient of their loving kindness, honesty and concern. Vada said many time that we was her children and treated us as such. Larry on the other hand was always willing to help and lead us in the right direction. They both will always be in the hearts of any one that was privileged to have any thing too do with them.

Bullhead City lost an amazing lady. She did so much to help our town grow. She always had a smile & took time to talk to you. She will be missed. See you in the other side Vada. Now you are with Larry.
