Jasmin Torres Obituary
Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida, Saturday and Sunday, April 29 and 30, from 1-9 p.m. She will lie in state on Monday, May 1, 2017, from 10 a.m. until the Mass of the Resurrection at 11 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic Church, Monroe. Fr. David Burgard will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Ida, MI.
Born March 8, 2004, in Weslaco, TX., she was the daughter of Daniel and Sandra (Sandoval) Torres. She was a 7th grader at Ida Middle School, Ida, MI. She was a part of Ida track, basketball, and volleyball teams and the band. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Monroe, MI.
Survivors include: her parents, Daniel and Sandra, maternal grandmother, Herlinda Sandoval; paternal grandparents, Juventio and Monseratt Torres; a brother, Daniel Torres Jr. and sisters, Samantha, Melanie and Alyssa. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Armando Sandoval.
