Abraham Billups Obituary
Deacon Abraham Billups a resident of Wetumpka, AL transitioned from his earthly home on April 8, 2016. Funeral services will be held Friday April 15, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Elmore, AL Rev. B.E. Moss Pastor, Rev. John F. Billups officiating. Interment in the churchyard cemetery. Hillside Memorial & Gardens Visitation will be held Thursday April 14, 2016 from 12 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to funeral hour.
He leaves his legacy to fifteen children; Abraham (Bonita) Billups, Wetumpka, AL, Bernice Dawson, Tuskegee, AL, Mildred (Darryl) Mills Farmington, CT, Rachel Steele, Wetumpka, AL, Isaac (Glenda) Billups, Virginia Beach, VA, James (Doris) Billups, Montgomery, AL, Rebecca (Mark) Williams, Jonesboro, GA, Solomon Billups, Wetumpka, AL, Alice Billups, Jonesboro, GA, Phyllis (Tommy) Hetherington, Wetumpka, AL, Sarah Billups, Stockbridge, GA, Aaron (Pam) Billups, Wetumpka, AL, Charley Billups, Stockbridge, GA, John (Felecia) Billups, Montgomery, AL and Deborah Billups, Jonesboro, GA, Eighteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
