BEN A. MCCARTER

MCCARTER, Ben A., age 74, a resi-dent of Titus, Alabama, died Mon-day, July 14, 2003 at the Wetumpka Health and Rehab Center after an extended illness. He was a member of New Home Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge #242 at Buyck. He was preceded in death by his pa-rents, Bennie Aldrey and Annie Hall-McCarter and a grandson, Derek Fouts. Mr. McCarter is survived by a sister, Margaret Smith, Panama City, FL; two daughters, Connie Bai-ley, Montgomery and Susan Fouts (Craig), San Diego, CA; four granddaughters, Candace Bailey, Carmen DiNunzio (Jason), Mont-gomery, AL, Wendy Broome (Matt), Sandra Graham (Michael) of San Diego, CA and two great-grand-daughters, Kori Graham and Bailey DiNunzio. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. from the Providence Me-thodist Church Cemetery, Titus with Rev. Gerald Wood officiating and Ellison Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing.
