LAMAR, Mrs. Emma Grace Steagall, age 92, a resident of Millbrook, AL passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2002 at a local facility. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 25, 2002 at 2 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery, AL with Rev. Dan Morris officiating. Mrs. Lamar was a member of Millbrook Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Lanier High School in Montgomery, AL. She also had a career with CIT Credit Corporation for over 42 years. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Rose and Russell E. Beasley, of Millbrook, AL, sister, Mary Ann Swallows of Thousand Oaks, California, brother, Bob Steagall of Montgomery, AL, grandson, Russell E. Beasley, Jr., of Millbrook, AL, granddaughters: Renee Parker of Montgomery, AL, Risa Adams of Millbrook, AL, great-grandchildren: Rebecca B. Christian of Millbrook, AL, Russell Besley III, of Millbrook, AL, Reid Beasley of Millbrook, AL, Brooke Beasley of Millbrook, AL, Austin Adams of Millbrook, AL, Brett Adams of Millbrook, AL, Blake Cobb of Montgomery, AL, and great-great-grandson, James Allen Lee Christian, Jr. of Millbrook, AL. Pallbearers will be Russell Beasley III, Reid Beasley, Austin Adams, Blake Cobb, Bubba Adams, and Randy Parker.
