EUGENIA SANDERSON WATERS

WATERS, Eugenia Sanderson of Montgomery died Thursday, April 10th, 2008. She and her beloved husband William Edward Waters celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on April 5, 2008. She is the mother of three loving daughters, Beverley Waters Blount, Barbara Waters Larson and Carol Waters Butler. Her grandchildren include Winton Malcolm Blount IV and Diana, Stuart Blount Yelvertonand Noble, William EdwardWaters Blount and Jessica, Judkins Durr Blount and Martha, David DeShields Larson, Jr. and Allison, Louise Larson Heisler and Richard, Beverley Larson Shull and Rush, William Sim Butler and Rach'l, Thomas Reese Sanderson Butler, and William Edwards Waters Butler. She is the great grandmother of Beverley Waters Blount, Frances Boston Blount and Winton Malcolm Blount V; John Hall Massey, Jr. , Lucy Dunn Massey, and Katherine Noble Yelverton; Judkins Durr Blount, Jr. and Susannah Bristow Blount; William Timothy Owen Blount, William Lawrence Heisler and Clara Elizabeth Heisler; Lillian Aycock Larson and Eugenia Louise Waters Larson; Larson Sanderson Shull. Gene was a proud member of the First United Methodist Church since it was known as Court Street Methodist. She was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority at Alabama Polytechnic Institute and was recognized as a Golden Eagle commemorating her 50 year graduation anniversary. She enjoyed many hobbies including tennis, golf, fishing, surfing the web, and especially playing cards and other games with her family. A memorial service will be held at First United MethodistChurch at 11:00 a. m. on Saturday, April 12, 2008. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eugenia S.
