Mike Moore Obituary
Montgomery - Mike Moore, age 58 of Montgomery, AL passed away on March 14, 2018. He was born on April 23, 1959 to the late William Benjamin Moore, Jr. and Mary Frances Moore. Mike was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church where he loved to volunteer and he loved the New Horizon Sunday School Class. He is survived by his sister, Suzanne Selby, his sister and her family, Molly Shafferman (Howard), Chaney Widmer and Will Shafferman, and his sister and her family, Lee Cleveland (David), Kerie Brown, Lanie Bowlin, and John David Cleveland; and eight great nieces and nephews. Mike enjoyed his community and sharing his sweet spirit with anyone he came into contact with. His joy and generous heart will be missed by his family and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 17th, 2018 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at First United Methodist Church in the parlor with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church in Mike's memory.
