Rickem Samuel Obituary
Mr. Rickem Samuel a resident of Montgomery, AL passed away June 30, 2016. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 12:00pm from True Devine Baptist Church on the Troy Highway. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Ericka T. Davis; father, Rickel D. Samuel and step-father, Robert Nettles, Jr.; two brothers, Jalonie Nettles, Reginald Johnson and one sister Tyese Johnson and one grandmother, Shirley L. Davis and three Aunts, April (David) Rimmer, Melissa A. Davis, Javasa Cottman and a host of sisters, brothers, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention by name.

I miss Rickem more and more everyday and still can't believe he's gone ...this is the kind of pain that'll never leave. I know he's in a better place because I know this world is cruel but it's not the same to me without him in it . I love you! & I pray everyday for your family. I could only imagine ... RIH love.

I did not know that Rickem was gone. I taught him at Peter Crump Elementary - Music and Reading. I always think of my former students, and it hurt to find out that he is not with us any longer. I will pray for the repose of his soul and comfort for his family.
