Not sure what to say?

I met Rita through my best Friend Marilyn Blake who would include me in lunches with Rita, Joanne, Nelda and Marilyn. Rita was always so welcoming to me and always laughed at my silliness. She was a fine woman, loving, caring, and was so kind to all. She will be missed by all the people whose lives she touched. God Bless you Sweet Rita and God Bless your family that will carry on your loving legacy. Debby Moore Berry

Dear Debbie and Gerry,

Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved mother. Another great one has gone! I have so many happy childhood memories of Rita and all your family. She always had time for everyone, and it was always fun to visit her. Always great food and hospitality. They don't make 'em like that anymore! We will all miss her, but as long as we remember her she isn't really gone. Elizabeth T. Cvetetic, Huntsville

What a Great woman Mama Rita was. Always thoughtful, a couple of years ago, worried about me caring for my husband and parents, she gave me an angel pin which I wear every day and cherish. She was the glue that held friends together. She will be Greatly missed. I will remember and Love you Always.

I have such warm memories of Rita and was so saddened to learn of her passing. She was so dear to our family. She was a delight to all who knew her and worked with her. Thinking of you all during these days...

I didn't work with "Mama Rita" but I met her through our ALDOT Office Engineer Christmas luncheons we had for the retirees and talked to her on many occasions on the phone when she would call for Ann. I will always remember what a sweet lady she was. Always so cheerful and polite. Your family will be in my prayers.
