Charles Massey Obituary

Charles Richmond Massey, 84, of Paris, Idaho, passed away on Sept. 24, 2025, of natural

causes.

He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Feb. 23, 1941, to Richmond "Stumpo" and

Wylma Ceal Massey. He grew up and attended schools in Kingsville, Texas, graduating from

King High School.

He married his high school sweetheart, Loretta Revia, and they became the parents of three

sons. They were later divorced.

Chuck's lifelong trade was working as a pipeline welder. This trade took him to places all

over the country, eventually to southwestern Wyoming and southeastern Idaho.

It

was here that he met and later married Ann Budge, on Oct. 23, 1981. This marriage was

later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on Sept. 4, 1982.

Chuck had a love for anything outdoors, especially elk and deer hunting. He spent many

Fall days with special friends, hunting and enjoying the beauties of nature, especially the ones

of Fall.

Charles is survived by his wife, Ann; his sons, Kenneth(Yuki) and Eric, and daughter-in-law,

Michelle; his sister, Karyn Minehart; four grandchildren and some great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son, Michael.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Paris

Cemetery, welcoming all family and friends
