Gerald "Jerry" Reott, 83, of Bermuda Run, died surrounded by his family, after succumbing to a systemic infection, Sunday, June 13, 2021. He and his wife, Gail, lived on Lake Norman, in Mooresville for 51 years.
Jerry was a goodhearted wisecracker, who had a ready smile and a friendly laugh.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Gail H. Reott; daughter, Michelle "Shellie" Reott and partner, Todd McKane; daughter, Lisa Nieters and husband, John; and grandchildren, Jack Nieters and Grace Nieters.
A celebration of his life will be held at Williamson's Chapel United Methodist Church Friday, July 30, at 1 p.m. For those unable to attend the service, you may go to www.facebook.com/CavinCookFuneralHomeServices
Immediately following the service, the family will receive friends until 5 p.m., at the Heritage House event center at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
