Jeffrey Darryl Rumple Sr., 77, of Mooresville, passed away Saturday, Sept. 24, 2022.
Jeff was born Nov. 27, 1944, to Paul and Eunice Rumple in Greensboro.
After Jeff graduated from Beaver Creek High School, he went on to study at High Point University. Early in his career, he worked for Badger Funeral Home in West Jefferson and Cumby Mortuary in High Point. He then decided to make a career change and joined the Winston-Salem Police Department for several years. He then made his final career change and went into the financial industry working at several banks where he held management positions. After 36 years in banking, he retired.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Eunice Rumple.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Belinda Rumple; daughter, Gina Rumple; son, Jeffrey Rumple Jr. (Laura); daughter, Kristie Rumple; son, Zac Rumple; and grandchildren, Cal, Autumn, Jacob, Riley and Will. He is also survived by his brother, Rodney Rumple (Mary); and sister, Teresa Storie. Jeff will be missed by his canine companion, Daisy.
Services were held at Grace Covenant Church.
