I was saddened to read Ronnie's obituary while I was visiting my cousin in North Carolina. I remember him from Troutman High School. He was always laughing and 'carrying on'. My sympathy to his sons and grandchildren.

Ronnie has been a great friend to my family during difficult times and good times and he was great as a coach many years ago. I appreciate his two sons and what good guys they always were and still are. Greg and Todd and the grandchildren, just know you are in my thoughts and prayers and Ronnie touched a lot of people because he was just a good person and cared about everybody.

Ronnie will be missed more than words can express. My father has known him for many years. He was such a great person. Always there when someone needed him, and always there to lend a hand. He was always the first one there, for my family, during difficult times, offering support and guidance. He is a man that will never be forgotten. Thank you for everything Ronnie. Forever in our hearts.
