Stephen Daughtery Obituary

Stephen Henry Daugherty II, passed away at the age of 28, on Nov. 6, 2021.
Stephen graduated from Coalfield High School and was a hardworking lineman who loved to travel. He was full of life and will always be loved, missed and in our hearts forever.
Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim (Jimmy Nut) and Naomi Godwin and Patsy and Henry Daugherty.
Stephen is survived by his father, Steve Daugherty; mother and stepfather, Paula and Jason McCloud; sisters and brothers, Tara (James) Hall, Kayla Daugherty, Paul (Leane) White, James (Gypsy) White, David (Jessica) McCloud, Kathleen (Sean) Moore, Tristen (Mark) Tempelton; aunts and uncles, Penny Nunley, Pam White, Regina Montross, Jimbo (Courtaney) Godwin, Joey Daugherty, Rodney Daugherty and Tony Daugherty. Stephen was known as uncle Bub to his nieces and nephew who he loved and adored, Conner Conlon, Kyndahl Harris, Karli Hall, Jace and Jocelynn Daugherty; his cousins were his best friends in life, Cade, Cameron, Mikal Godwin, Robert and Whitney Nunley, Emily, Alex and Nick White. He also leaves behind a special friend, Cheyenne Gibson; and many more loving family and friends.
The family received friends at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. The funeral service followed at 7 p.m. with Dr. Jim West officiating. Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 15 at noon in Old Petros Cemetery in Petros. The family gathered at the Petros Senior Citizen immediately following graveside services.
Schubert Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Stephen Henry Daugherty II.
