Ford, of Cherryville and Debra "Debi" L. Nantz, of Cullowhee; and a number of nieces and nephews.

At his request no formal services will be provided but a private memorial by the family will be conducted at a later date.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all his caregivers over the years.
