William Robert Orders (Billy) passed away on 01/11/2024 after an extended illness. He was born in Morganton on 10/09/1973 to William Rufus Orders (Bill) and Jana Amos Mathis. He left behind his sister, Melissa West and her husband Scott West; His paternal aunt-Sue Orders. Also his maternal uncle-Joe T. Amos Jr. and cousin Joe T. Amos III, aunt-Carol Wingate and first cousins Robyn Hoover, Luke Wingate and Matt Wingate. Included among those who suffer his loss is his beloved friend of many years Cristy Ramsey and many, many people lucky to be his friends. Preceded in death are his paternal grandparents Moore and Ora Mae Orders, maternal grandparents Joe and Claudia Amos, maternal aunt Linda Dale and uncle Vic Wingate. He also left behind his devoted fur friends Jasmine and Precious Orders. There will be a private memorial for friends and family.
