Clarissa Blake Obituary
She was born July 19, 1949 in
Demopolis Alabama. While living in Lorain she worked for Lorain Ford Motor Company and Kroger's. She enjoyed reading and listening to gospel music.
Clarissa leaves to cherish her memory six children: Emmett Clayton of Lorain, George Blake of Lorain, Eric Clayton of Charlotte NC, Cornelius Blake of Las Vega NV, Monique Clayton of Cleveland OH, and Bernard Clayton of Lorain; father, Sylvester Clayton of Demopolis Alabama; stepson, William Blake Jr. of Lorain; several brothers and sisters; 28 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Blake; her mother, Beatrice Clayton (nee Maldrice); sisters, Theresa Jones and Cynthia Pruitt.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 12 Noon until time of service at 2 PM at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home, 2652 Broadway Ave in Lorain. Her son, Eric Clayton will officiate.

i love my grandma so much and she told me she was goin come down twe lorsin twe see me and the family and i was shock that she died and we was the last ones twe know and at that time wen i found out i was talkin twe my friend kiana on the phone and i felt so sad and crying all night and i couldnt even sleep
